Brian commenced with Acumentis (then Hegney Property Valuations) in 2014 and is the Associate Director – Rural & Agribusiness WA.
As a senior valuer he is one of our company’s most accomplished Agribusiness valuation specialists, valuing a diverse and often complex market sector across regional Western Australia.
Brian’s expertise is keenly sought by lenders, lawyers, the resources sector and local Government. He has developed a strong knowledge of the rural market, industry standards and the intricate factors that determine a property’s value. His specialisations include broadacre rural, pastoral holdings, cropping and grazing, intensive agriculture and water license.
In addition, he is experienced in plant and machinery and business valuations. Brian has provided valuations and advice for road and pipeline acquisition and compensation matters and has acted as Expert Witness in various courts. Brian’s career has centred on valuing property within rural/regional areas and during his 40+ years of property experience, his passion remains true to this specialised sector.
