Kyle has worked with Acumentis since 2013 and is an Associate Director in the Acumentis Gladstone office.
Kyle commenced his valuation career as a Assistant Valuer in 2008 and was registered as a Valuer in 2013.
Kyle’s main focus since joining Acumentis is the valuation of commercial assets between Gladstone and Rockhampton. This includes leased child care centres and self storage facilities. Kyle holds substantial knowledge of the Central Queensland region.
Kyle specialises in valuations for the purposes of mortgage security, acquisition and disposal, rental assessment, stamp duty, family law, mortgagee In possession and taxation.
