Richard joined Acumentis (then Taylor Byrne) in 2005 as a Cadet Valuer in the Toowoomba office, completing his studies and cadetship whilst working full time. Richard now holds the position of Senior Valuer after registering in 2008.
Richard is experienced in the valuation of rural and residential properties, multi-unit dwellings, strata insurance valuations and industrial properties. He undertakes valuations for purposes including mortgage security, financial reporting and taxation and family law matters.
