How the festive discount works

• You’ll receive a 10% discount on residential property valuations for Family Law, Insurance Valuation, Pre-Purchase, Pre-Sale, Property Transfer (under $2M) and Captial Gains Tax (under $2M) purposes and on selected specialised services – Stamp Duty, Tax Depreciation Schedules and SMSF Desktop Assessments for all property types: residential, commercial and rural.
• Payment must be made in full upon acceptance of our quote.
• The discount will only be applied to jobs ordered between the 4th December 2023 to 19 January 2024. Inspections must be scheduled from the 2nd January 2024 to 31st January 2024.
• Inspection date is subject to valuer availability.
• Coverage area includes all metro and regional locations, excluding remote locations.
