This large-scale infrastructure initiative involves the development of a fast freight rail corridor across multiple Australian states. Designed to improve national supply chains and regional connectivity, the project spans more than 1,600km and encompasses numerous stages through varied landholdings and jurisdictions.
Scope
Engagement across multiple project stages for;
- Valuation and compensation assessments (including National Parks and ALC interests)
- Strategic asset valuations (quarries & renewable energy)
- Mediation and negotiation
- Divestment reporting and disturbance cost reports
- Ongoing strategic advice
- Rental and insurance assessments
