This critical infrastructure project involves a proposed 800km+ underground pipeline enhancing east coast energy security. Regulatory planning approved with regional offtake points integrated, the corridor was designed to ensure minimal environmental and landholder impact, with future hydrogen transport capability. 

Scope

Acumentis was engaged to deliver comprehensive valuation and compensation services for: 

  • 410 landholders 
  • Native Title, Aboriginal Land Council, and Crown land 
  • Biodiversity offset areas 
  • Mediation and negotiation services
