The name change from Landmark White to Acumentis takes effect on the 6th of December, 2019 and all other group companies will change their names to include Acumentis.
Landmark White Limited will remain the listed company name for the short term; however a special resolution will be put to shareholders at an upcoming general meeting to rename the company to align with the new brand
