Acumentis is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael Wilde as Non-Executive Director, effective 11 August 2025.
Michael brings more than 25 years of investment management, financial markets, and accounting expertise in the global real estate industry. He is currently Chief Financial Officer at Castlerock Property, where he leads the finance, IT, and HR functions.
Previously, Michael spent a decade as Group CFO at ASX-listed Cromwell Property Group, including a period as Acting CEO. During his tenure, Cromwell expanded to $12 billion in funds under management across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and Europe. He also served as an executive director on various subsidiary boards and on the manager of Cromwell’s Singapore-listed REIT.
Michael holds Bachelor degrees in Commerce and Science and is a member of the Chartered Accountants Institute of Australia and New Zealand and the Governance Institute of Australia.
