Alana joined Acumentis (then LMW) in 2015 as HR Manager and was appointed Chief People Officer in 2019. She is now Group Executive Director: People & WA/SA/NT Operations.

Alana has been delivering human resources expertise for over 16 years to companies in the mining, oil and gas, manufacturing, FMCG and property industries. 

Fostering out of the box thinking and empathy, Alana delivers operational leadership across the areas of talent acquisition, employee and industrial relations, performance management and development and workplace health and safety. 

Alana has recently led the Acumentis team through a cultural transformation, uniting the newly-merged entity made up  of former companies.  She is passionate about the promotion of flexibility in the workplace, development of people and ensuring the relationship between employer and employee is as collaborative as it can be.
