Andrew has worked with Acumentis since 2005 (then Cosgraves Property Advisers and subsequently Taylor Byrne) and is a Director of Valuations in the Acumentis Albury office. He has experience in all facets of valuation with a main specialty in valuation and consulting assignments within the tourism sector including hotels, motels and caravan parks.
Other areas of expertise include the provision of valuation services of commercial, industrial, residential and alpine properties across New South Wales and Victoria. Valuations have been undertaken for the purposes of mortgage security, family law, sales and purchase advice, taxation and financial reporting.
Tourism sector instructions across New South Wales and Victoria include freehold going concern and partial interest assessments for varied private, institutional and government clients. Other tourism sector instructions include rental reviews determinations, lease premium assessments, Crown Land leases and business value apportionment.
