Andrew joined Acumentis (then LMW) in 2012 as Associate Director Valuations. Andrew has expertise in Brisbane City prestige with a focus on riverfront property and traditional prestige locations such as Ascot, Hamilton and Clayfield. He has been working within the South-East Queensland property valuation industry for over 30 years and has a wide breadth of property and valuation knowledge, gained over several market cycles.

Andrew has a wide knowledge in prestige houses and units and has established a good network of contacts for research into such markets. He has a diligent and comprehensive approach to research and provides honest, professional communication to clients, commensurate with the nature of this field of valuation. Andrew is experienced in all facets of residential valuation, including completing litigation and family law matters. Andrew has appeared as an Expert Witness in the Family Law Court and Land Court.
