Bill Parsons - Director Valuations, joined Acumentis in April 2021 following the acquisition of Saunders & Pitt, having been a member of the Saunders & Pitt team since 2013.
A Certified Practising Valuer since 2010, Bill has vast experience across a range of rural, residential and commercial valuations for the purposes of mortgage security, family law and taxation purposes.
Bill’s background as a farmer and chartered accountant prove valuable in undertaking rural and commercial property valuations of varying complexities.
His understanding of business structures used by property holding entities and the ability to analyse financial statements enable Bill to undertake valuations for Self Managed Superannuation Fund reporting and Capital Gains Tax valuations, through to going concern valuations.
