Codie initially joined Acumentis in 2021 as a Senior Valuer in our NSW Commercial team. Now holding the position of Director Risk & Performance, Codie brings more than a decade of industry experience to our National team, having specialised in going concern valuations and compulsory acquisition throughout metropolitan and regional NSW. He has held valuation, project manager and acquisition manager roles within a number of private and public sector organisations.

Throughout his career, Codie has keenly been involved with valuation reviews and quality assurance, ensuring compliance with organisation policies, client instructions and legislation where necessary. Codie's catalogue of experience also includes establishing and enhancing valuation templates and tools, providing training, and upskilling his peers.

In his role in our Risk & Performance team, Codie consults on industry best practices, reviews valuations, and, ensures compliance with our national risk management framework and industry standards.

Codie is an Associate Member of the Australian Property Institute and is currently Co-Chair of the NSW Young Property Professionals Committee. An active member of the property industry, Codie has hosted and presented at a number of conferences and webinars.
