David has worked in the property industry since 2001 and has been registered with the Australian Property Institute and an Associate since 2006. He has been employed with Acumentis since 2017 (then LMW) and has experience and knowledge across the broad residential and residential development property sectors throughout Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula.
A Senior Certified Practicing Valuer, David specialises in small scale residential development valuation for mortgage and non-mortgage clients. David also holds experience in residential valuation for Family Law and Accountancy purposes, including retrospective assessment for capital gains.
