He has over four years valuing residneital, commercial and industrial properties, particularly in the regions of Sydney Eastern Suburbs, south-western Suburbs, Canberra and surrounding NSW suburbs, Hume Highway corridors.
His areas of expertise include mortgage security, financial reporting, pre-auction advice, capital gains/stamp duty assessments, small scale mixed-use development, family law, and market valuations. Also, he can speak Mandarin and Cantonese fluently.
