Kate began working as a Valuer in 2008 and joined Acumentis in 2017, becoming State Director of the Commercial Valuations team in Western Australia in 2025. Kate is responsible for the specialised commercial valuations and consultancy division throughout the Perth metropolitan area and across regional Western Australia.
Kate has extensive experience providing valuation services for residential, commercial, and industrial properties. She has focused on specialised asset areas and has provided compensation, easement, and leasehold valuations.
Kate’s role extends to include retail, commercial, englobe subdivision, development feasibility, and industrial property valuations. Throughout her career, she has continuously provided valuations for various government agencies and local councils.
