Ken has worked in the property valuation industry for over 15 years, having been registered with the Australian Property Institute as an Associate in 2005. He has been employed with Acumentis since 2017 (then LMW) as a Senior Valuer in Melbourne residential team.
Ken has vast valuation experience across the broad range of residential property sectors that exist throughout Victoria. A Certified Practicing Valuer, Ken specialises in residential valuations for mortgage and nonmortgage clients. Ken has further experience in residential valuation for the purposes of accounting, including retrospective assessments for capital gains.
