Marcus has been active throughout Canberra and Sydney, as well as regional New South Wales, working predominantly in real estate advisory and property valuation across a broad range of property sectors including residential, commercial, retail, industrial, rural, special purpose, and mixed-use.

Highly experienced in the assessment of real estate for due diligence, compulsory acquisition, litigation purposes, mortgage purposes, financial modelling/reporting, and divestment strategies, Marcus' areas of specialisation include portfolio valuations, stakeholder engagement, strategic review/feasibility analysis and highest and best use analysis.
