Mark has worked with Acumentis since 1998 (then Hegney Property Valuations), commencing in the Perth office and then transferring to Albany in 2006 to establish the Albany office.
During his role as Regional Director of the Albany office, Mark has undertaken valuations in the Lower Great Southern region on a wide variety of property types including residential, lifestyle, commercial, industrial, rural and government owned property.
Mark’s understanding of all property sectors, valuation principles, approach and methodologies for multiple asset classes provide him with a solid knowledge-base to undertake both complex and specialised valuation work within Western Australia.
