Matthew is a longstanding company member joining Acumentis (then Glendinning & Associates) in 2002. He is the State Director and is responsible for the specialised division of commercial valuations and consultancy throughout the Perth metropolitan area and across regional Western Australia.

With almost 20 years’ experience as a property professional, Matthew specialises in valuation and consultancy work across commercial, industrial and retail property, together with the residential and mixed use development sector. Matthew has diverse experience in the commercial arena and his expertise is keenly sought by lenders, lawyers, the resources sector and Government. His broad knowledge base enables him to provide customised and well targeted property advice.
