Matthew joined Acumentis in October 2020 as Regional Director, Albury/Wodonga after working in both Melbourne and Hobart as a Certified Practising Valuer.
Matthew is experienced across a wide variety of asset classes including retail, office, industrial and hospitality, together with experience in specialised assets such as educational facilities, food preparation and cold store premises, low-medium density developments and greenfield/englobo development land/subdivisions.
Matthew has prepared valuation advice for mortgage security, project feasibility, rental assessment, family law, stamp duty, capital gains tax, margin scheme and advisory purposes.
