Matthew Galvin - Associate Director, joined Acumentis Toowoomba in 2013 (then Taylor Byrne) as an Assistant Valuer and now holds the position of Senior Valuer. He services clients throughout South East Queensland and Northern New South Wales, primarily across the Darling Downs, Southern Downs and Goondiwindi regions.
Matt undertakes a wide variety of valuation work across the region, including rural, residential properties, and commercial and industrial properties, with experience in larger scale grazing and broadacre farming enterprises, irrigated cropping, orchards and vineyards, as well as regional commercial and industrial properties including regional supermarkets.
He is regularly called to provide valuation and advisory services for financial institutions, Family Law Court, and government authorities, as well as his work with the general public.
