Nathan, an integral part of Acumentis since 1993, holds the position of National Director of Advisory and WA Operations based in Perth, Western Australia. He is at the helm of all Acumentis operations within Western Australia and plays a pivotal role in the nationwide expansion of the company’s specialist Advisory division.

Nathan’s strategic emphasis on diversification has led to the enhancement of services such as tax depreciation, SMSF valuations, buyers agency, insurance valuations, and Fund Forecast Reports. This has resulted in the continuous expansion of Acumentis’ client base, catering to a diverse range of professionals including accountants, strata managers, solicitors, and other professional services.

Initially, Nathan joined the company to establish the Commercial valuation division within Western Australia, which led him to become a commercial property specialist. He has held significant roles such as Managing Director and State CEO, during which he spearheaded the development of the company’s IT solutions, streamlined all operational processes, and mentored staff at all levels.

With a deep understanding of the business, Nathan played a crucial role over the years in consolidating a series of company mergers, ensuring a strong national presence as a leading property valuation and advisory service provider.
