Paul Krause joined Acumentis Mackay in 2021 as a Senior Valuer and is fully registered with the Australian Property Institute as a Certified Practising Valuer. In 2010 Paul was elevated to Fellow status with the Institute and has gained the accreditation of a Specialist Retail Valuer.
Paul has extensive experience in the valuation of residential, commercial, and industrial properties for the purposes of mortgage security, stamp duty, asset disposal/acquisition, market rental assessments and determinations, capital gains tax and asset register valuations. He has conducted asset register valuations for financial reporting purposes on behalf of local councils.
Paul undertakes valuations in the Mackay and surrounding regions and is a longstanding member of the Mackay community having lived in the region since 1992.
