Paul commenced his valuation career in 1984 and has extensive experience as a Certified Practising Valuer, undertaking valuations across a broad range of property types including commercial, industrial, residential, aquaculture and rural assets.
Throughout his career, Paul has worked in diverse locations including Adelaide and regional South Australia, the lower Eyre Peninsula (covering Port Lincoln, Port Augusta, Ceduna, and surrounding towns), a number of years in Sydney working in property development and the Northern Territory (including Darwin, Palmerston, and the northern suburbs). His valuation expertise extends to horticultural properties such as mango, rambutan, and citrus orchards. More recently he has specialised in aquaculture in particular oyster leases throughout regional SA.
Paul currently resides in Port Lincoln, undertaking valuations for residential, commercial, industrial, and rural properties.
