Having previously held HR strategy and remuneration consulting roles at Andersen, Ernst & Young, and Mercer, Philip has a strong track record of working with ASX-listed companies to support inclusive, culturally-aligned and people-led business growth.
Recently completing his MBA at Melbourne Business School, Philip is passionate about applying his knowledge to address the evolving challenges of talent retention, hybrid work, and building organisational resilience during uncertain times.
