Ross is a longstanding company member joining Acumentis (then Glendinning & Associates) in 1990. He is the Regional Director – WA and the WA Board Chairman and oversees Acumentis’ regional operations for Western Australia.
Ross is a senior valuer specialising in residential, rural/resource and commercial valuations within the Perth metropolitan area and across regional WA. He specialises in the valuation of property in the Wheatbelt, Gascoyne, Pilbara and fringe areas of Perth. His understanding of these complex and unique markets is vast and his expertise is keenly sought by lenders, lawyers, the resources sector and local Government.
With a history spanning three decades in the property valuation profession, Ross has developed a strong understanding of the market, industry standards and the intricate factors that determine a property’s value. Ross was raised in WA’s Wheatbelt region prior to moving to Perth in 1990 to study Valuation. His career has centered on valuing property within the rural/regional areas and during his 30 years of experience, his passion for this sector remains strong. Having held key leadership roles within two leading valuation firms, Ross has played a significant role in company growth and building their industry profile.
