Russell Cripps Director Valuations, joined Acumentis in April 2021 following the acquisition of Saunders & Pitt. A long-standing team member at Saunders & Pitt since 1998 and a partner since 2004, Russell has been a property professional for over 40 years.

Russell holds expertise in commercial and rural properties with extensive experience in all facets of property valuations including industrial and residential subdivisions, large scale residential and commercial developments, all types of rural holdings, and hotels and motels.

Valuations have been undertaken for the purposes of mortgage security, insurance replacement, acquisition and compensation for road corridor and easement projects and family law. Russell has provided expert evidence on numerous occasions in both the Supreme Court and the Family Law Court.

Russell Cripps was President of the Australian Property Institute Tasmanian Division for two years and managed the API Continuing Development Program for around five years.  He is currently a Board Member of the Royal Agricultural Society of Tasmania with Chairmanship of both the Redevelopment Committee and the Equestrian Section.
