Scott joined Acumentis Cairns in 2022 as a Senior Valuer in the residential team with 20 years experience in the property valuation industry. Bringing a wealth of property valuation experience, as a born and bred Cairns local Scott has extensive knowledge and insights into the property market in Far North Queensland.
Scott started as an assistant valuer in April 2002, was registered with the Valuers Registration Board of Queensland in May 2004, and qualified as a Certified Practising Valuer in September 2005.
Specialising in residential property, Scott is experienced in valuing prestige residential, rural lifestyle properties, and apartments for the purpose of mortgate security, market valuation, and financial reporting. Scott undertakes valuations in the Cairns and Cassowary Coast regions.
