Simon is an experienced, commercially focused property leader with comprehensive experience in national and regional markets and a strong understanding of the drivers of productivity and performance across all property sectors. He holds the position of Group Executive Director – Regional Operations at Acumentis, based in Melbourne. Simon oversees the management of the Acumentis Regional team throughout the eastern states, undertaking commercial, industrial, rural, and residential valuations.

With over 25 years in the valuations sector, Simon has extensive experience in the profession's client and service provider components across all industries and regions of Australia. In addition to a valuation role, he has held roles in operations, management, leadership development, risk management, and quality assurance.

Simon specialises in the valuation and advisory of agribusiness, carbon abatement, and prestige rural residential assets. He is regularly called upon to provide services to financial institutions, corporate entities, family law advisers, government authorities, and the general public.

Simon completed his Master of Agribusiness in 2019 and is actively involved in the Australian Property Institute and the Agribusiness Australia State Committee (VIC). He has been a regular contributor to the Carbon Market Institute.
