Tito Lando joined Acumentis (then Taylor Byrne) in 2003 as an Assistant Valuer and was registered in 2009. Having relocated to Townsville, Tito holds the position of State Director QLD - Projects, Infrastructure & Acquisition.
Tito is experienced in valuations of commercial, industrial, and residential properties throughout Queensland. He also has vast experience in rural valuation for pastoral, cultivation, and other specialist rural properties, including sugar cane, banana, and grazing properties. Tito has prepared valuations for mortgage security, family law, litigation, and acquisition purposes.
Tito leads the Acumentis Projects Division, which specialises in the valuation of properties for acquisition and compensation purposes. He has undertaken valuations and compensation assessments for electricity transmission lines, gas pipelines, and rail corridor purposes, and he has experience in the acquisition of property for government projects. Tito has been involved in numerous mediation conferences and has provided evidence in the Land Court of Queensland.
