Tom joined Acumentis in 2025 bringing more than 10 years’ experience in the property sector, having held senior roles in medium to corporate scale valuation firms. His expertise spans residential, commercial, and rural valuations, with extensive experience across Northern Australia.

While Tom’s portfolio covers a broad range of property types, he has a particular focus on agriculture and commercial assets, providing evidence-based valuations for mortgage security, financial reporting, taxation, and litigation purposes.
Prior to commencing with Acumentis, Tom managed the land access and acquisition program of the AAPowerLink – SunCable project, gaining in-depth experience in complex stakeholder engagement, acquisition negotiations, and large-scale infrastructure delivery.
