Tom leads the Newcastle Acumentis Team in his dual role as State Director—Regional Operations (South) and brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience in a variety of valuation classes.
Tom started his career in property valuation as a graduate valuer in 2013. Over the past decade, he has worked in Canberra, Tamworth, and Newcastle, gaining extensive knowledge in valuations of all aspects, including Residential, Commercial, and Rural.
In 2021, Tom joined the Acumentis Newcastle team as Regional Director. Tom has experience across a broad range of valuation services, including litigation work, private work and all aspects of mortgage security work. While specialising in residential valuations with a focus on litigation, Tom has years of experience in commercial valuations covering private and mortgage security work for retail, office and industrial.
