Tony is a longstanding company member joining Acumentis (then Glendinning & Associates) in 1991. He is Director and a senior member of valuations in Darwin. Tony also services Commercial valuations in Perth and Karratha. His specialisation in commercial property has provided him with a vast knowledge of this market sector.
Tony holds expertise in providing valuations for Court and acts as Expert Witness for litigation matters and dispute resolution. He specialises in project feasibility, tenant and client advocacy and rental negotiation.
With a history spanning three decades in the property profession, Tony has developed extensive experience in complex valuation and consultancy work for a wide range of commercial residential and rural properties, servicing a diverse client base.
He has been a longstanding contributor to the Australia Property Institute with a strong focus on maintaining professional industry standards, culminating in his appointment as National President of the Institute for the 2013/14 term of office.
