Your offer of employment will be for a minimum two-year period. At the end of the two-year period, whilst we hope you love working with Acumentis as much as we do, you will be free to end the contract with no strings attached at that time.
In the event the two-year period was not worked in full, there would be a requirement to reimburse the cost of the domestic flights taken in the year of departure and any pro rata payment of API and CPD fees.
To be eligible for a Working Holiday with Acumentis, the following requirements must be met:
Each year of your two to three year Working Holiday Pass you will be eligible for two return flights for yourself within Australia. This will allow you to enjoy your four weeks of paid annual leave each year and explore our beautiful country. The two flights may also be taken as one flight, with the second flight being for a partner or child travelling with you.

There are nine VISA’s you may be eligible to apply for and each requires provision of different information. Some VISA’s have certain requirements. These include but are not limited to:
Your offer of employment will clearly outline if the working holiday pass is a two or three year contract and this will be based on the type of VISA that is being applied for. At the end of the two or three year period, whilst we hope you love Acumentis and Australia as much as us and want to facilitate a permanent move or stay with us, you will be free to return home if that is your preferred option.
When you are applying to work with us, we will work with you to understand your personal requirements. For example, are you applying to come to Australia as an individual, or with a spouse/de-facto partner, or with children? Each and any scenario we can work with you on, to facilitate a smooth entry to work in Australia with us.

To work as a Registered Valuer in Australia you must have API Membership. There are a couple of ways you can go about this as an International Applicant, and we will work with you to determine the most efficient route. Based on your personal circumstances and the expected timeframe for registration, a condition of your employment offer will be to achieve registration in an agreed timeframe for the ongoing offer to remain valid.
