A fundamental component of the market leading service Acumentis delivers is a focussed understanding of Roma’s property market, with the Acumentis Roma branch offering a service outreach across Southwest Queensland and Goondiwindi, while also extending to serve communities within and toward the New South Wales, South Australia, and Northern Territory borderlines.
Like all Acumentis branches, the team’s industry experience extends across several aspects of property valuation, including residential and commercial property valuation, with extensive industry experience in rural and agribusiness valuation as well as Family Law. Acumentis Roma know that making the right choices when it comes to property begins with the right information, and their vast understanding of the industry and the nuances of the local market ensure their clients receive professional and diligent service that yields positive results.
Members of the Australian Property Institute (API), Acumentis Roma is headed by Branch Manager Andrew Innes who joined Acumentis (then Taylor Byrne) in 2007. A Certified Practicing Valuer (CPV) with over 30 years’ experience within the region, Andrew brings a lifetime of industry knowledge in rural and agribusiness valuation. Andrew also has specialist knowledge within the irrigation, water and farming industries and is regularly called upon as an expert advisor in corporate agribusiness regarding the intensive industries of poultry, pigs, and feedlots. He specialises in corporate and institutional level financial reporting, and development feasibility across Southern Queensland, New South Wales, and Victoria’s irrigation markets.
Andrew is supported by a team of valuers and support staff, many of whom were born and raised in the region and pride themselves on their local knowledge and understanding of the area and Roma’s property market. The team comprises a range of specialists with over 40 years combined experience in residential valuing, rural valuation, and commercial property valuation.
The team at Acumentis Roma focus their specialist attentions across a broad range of property valuation and advisory services encompassing both residential and commercial property and rural and agribusiness.
With a service outreach that stretches across Roma, Southwest Queensland, and Goondiwindi, Acumentis also work within the region to service communities located throughout and toward South Australia, New South Wales, and the Northern Territory’s borders.
