Acumentis Welcomes Simon as Group Executive Director – Regional Operations

Acumentis, a leading property valuation and advisory firm, is pleased to announce the appointment of Simon Altschwager as the new Group Executive Director – Regional Operations. Simon brings a wealth of experience and expertise to this critical role, having dedicated over 25 years to the valuations sector. His extensive background spans national and regional markets, with a deep understanding of the drivers of productivity and performance across all property sectors.

In his new position, Simon will oversee the management of the Acumentis Regional team throughout the eastern states, handling commercial, industrial, rural, and residential valuations. His leadership will be instrumental in driving the company's continued growth and success in these regions.

Simon’s career has been marked by significant roles in both the client and service provider components of the profession, with experience across all industries and regions of Australia. In addition to his valuation expertise, he has excelled in operations, management, leadership development, risk management, and quality assurance.

Simon specialises in the valuation and advisory of agribusiness, carbon abatement, and prestige rural residential assets, regularly providing services to financial institutions, corporate entities, family law advisers, government authorities, and the general public.

Simon holds a Master of Agribusiness, completed in 2019, and is actively involved in the Australian Property Institute and the Agribusiness Australia State Committee (VIC). He is also a regular contributor to the Carbon Market Institute, reflecting his dedication to the industry and its future.
