Introducing our new chapter
Landmark White has announced that after 40 years of trusted property valuation and advisory services, the company will continue its business under a new brand name - Acumentis
The name is derived from two Latin words - acumen (a keen insight and a sharpness in business) and mentis (mastery of mind, intellect, reason, and courage).
Acumentis will continue as one of Australia's largest independent property valuation and property consultancy firms, with 40 offices and more than 300 staff in metropolitan and regional locations around the country. It will also remain the only independent, locally owned, ASX listed property valuation company in Australia. LandMark White will remain as the ASX listed company name for the short term; however a special resolution will be put to shareholders at an upcoming general meeting to rename the company to align with the new brand.
Acumentis will offer an expanded range of valuation and advisory services and geographic coverage and maintain LandMark White, Taylor Byrne, and former company MVS National's prove track record for delivering best-in-class service to clients and partners. Acumentis brings a refreshed board and senior leadership team, and a simplified business structure.
The new brand name will not affect any service contracts and agreements in place with LandMark White or Taylor Byrne.
