Andrew McDonnell - Associate Director, is a long-standing team member who began his career in 2002 as a residential valuer with Algcorp Smith Valuers, one of the companies that merged with LMW to form Acumentis.
Andrew is part of our Sydney commercial team and has over 18 years’ valuation experience across a wide range of property types including prestige residential, commercial, industrial and small scale developments. Andrew has provided clients with assistance in private valuation for pre-purchase advice, family mediation, land tax queries, unit entitlement disputes, retrospective valuations and valuations for capitals gains calculation.
