Annette joined Acumentis in 2005 (then Taylor Byrne) becoming Regional Director in 2018. Annette now holds the position of State Director – Regional Operations (North) based out of Emerald. She oversees the management of the Acumentis Emerald office and regional operations across Queensland, undertaking commercial, industrial, rural and residential valuations.

A registered Property Valuer since 1997, Annette has broad experience in conventional and specialised property valuations. Her specialties are in finance and insurance valuations, rental valuations, asset valuations for local government, valuations for taxation purposes and going concern valuations. Annette is regularly called upon to provide valuation and advisory services for financial institutions, Family Law Court and government authorities, as well as her work with the general public.

Annette completed her Australian Institute of Company Directors course in 2013 and is actively involved in the Central Queensland Business Community. Past commitments include Chair of the Central Highlands Regional Resource Use and Planning Board and Deputy Chair of the Fitzroy Basin Association.
