Brad is a longstanding company member joining Acumentis (then Hegney Property Valuations) in 2006. As State Director – Residential Operations Brad is responsible for the daily operational management of the residential valuations division for the Perth metropolitan area as well as the major regional centres operated by Acumentis in Western Australia.

He supports the State Director – Residential in overseeing a large team of valuation personnel providing property services to a diverse client base. Brad works interactively with the trainee and graduate valuers in mentoring their development of market knowledge and valuing skills. He is responsible for the strategic co-ordination of resourcing and workflow in the regional valuation team to ensure optimum service levels to our clients are maintained. He works closely with the Perth Administration team managing the smooth delivery of product and service.

With his own experience in undertaking residential and commercial valuation work, Brad offers a solid knowledge base of property expertise.
