Carlo joined Acumentis Townsville (then Taylor Byrne) in 1995 to commence his traineeships. Qualifying as a Property Valuer in 2001 he now leads the Acumenits team in Townsville as Regional Director.
Carlo holds over 27 years of experience in the property valuation industry and has completed valuations for all major banks, lending institutions, government departments, and corporate and private clients. He specialises in mortgage security, feasibility assessments, retrospective valuations, and litigation matters.
