Damian joined Acumentis (then LMW) in 2007 as an Assistant Valuer and has progressed to his current role as Associate Director. Registered in 2007, he is experienced across a wide variety of asset classes across metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria including retail, commercial and   industrial properties. Damian specialises in childcare valuations (freehold and business), residential development (apartment and townhouse projects), medical centres, car yards and commercial assets for tenants and lessors. 

He holds experience in compensation assessments for gas pipelines. Other notable experience includes the retrospective valuation of Victoria Harbour, for margin scheme purposes and the valuation of Martha Cove, a distressed marina development placed in the hands of receives.  

Damian holds strong relationships across the industry and is a board member of the valuations chapter of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria (REIV).
