Damien started his career in property valuations with Acumentis (then Taylor Byrne) in 1993. Further expansion saw Damien relocate to Port Macquarie to establish and manage the Acumentis office serving the New South Wales MidCoast and Northern Rivers regions.
Damien now holds the position of Senior Director Advisory based in the Acumentis Port Macquarie office.
A Certified Practising Valuer, Damien’s professional experience includes commercial and going-concern valuations undertaken for a variety of clients including corporate entities, superannuation funds and individuals. Damien is highly experienced in rural valuations including cropping, grazing, irrigation and specialised industries such as sugar cane, tea tree, horticulture, and industrial facilities such as abattoirs, piggeries, broiler operations and cotton gins.
Damien has undertaken development feasibility on a variety of projects including residential, rural residential and multi-level unit accommodation complexes throughout the Mid Coast, Tablelands, and Northern Rivers regions.
Damien specialises in valuations for acquisition purposes on behalf of both landholders and government departments and is frequently called upon by shires outside of his region.
