Starting with Acumentis as a valuer in 2016, Damien was quickly appointed as the Associate Director in September 2017 in a few short months and served Acumentis till 2019. Damien then returned to Acumentis in January 2021 and as the of Director in the Residential arm of the business in August 2021.
Damien consistently develops his skills, supports peers, and learns from the senior leadership team at every opportunity. Known for his tenacity and his willingness to assist teams in varied areas of the business, Damien heads up a high-performing residential team in Melbourne.
