David has worked with Acumentis (then Taylor Byrne) since 1993 and is currently one of the highly experienced directors based in Hobart.
David has a breadth of experience across commercial, industrial and residential sectors throughout Northern Queensland and Tasmania. He also holds experience in going concern markets including motels, caravan parks, hotels and management letting rights businesses.
As a Certified Practicing Valuer, David specialises in non-residential valuations, particularly in the commercial and industrial sectors.
