David joined Acumentis (then Taylor Byrne) in 2004 and is now a Senior Valuer and the Regional Director, based in the Cairns office. As the branch manager he leads the Cairns division and continues to take pride in maintaining strong client relationships.
As a highly experienced Certified Practising Valuer David holds strong expertise in the residential sector. His valuation expertise includes family law, resumption and litigation, mortgagee security and government valuations. David has also played an active role in compliance control within the residential division of the company.
David has undertaken valuations across a diverse geographical area ranging from Cardwell in the south to the Torres Straits in the north, including the Cassowary Coast, Port Douglas, Cairns, Cook and Weipa Local Government Areas and many of the smaller Gulf and Cape York communities.
