Geoff joined Acumentis (then Taylor Byrne) in 1996 as Residential Director and now holds the position of Director – Family Law & Advisory. Geoff has over 26+ years’ experience in all facets of residential valuation, including completing litigation and family law matters over a period of 20 years. Geoff has appeared as an Expert Witness in the Family Law Court, District Court and Federal Magistrates Court.
Geoff specialises in the valuation of prestige residential properties throughout Brisbane and surrounds. He also has extensive experience in mortgagee in possession assessments.
Geoff is a member of the Australian Property Industry Residential sub-committee helping formulate policies for the valuation industry and presents industry and market insight at nationwide professional conferences.
