Helen is an extremely experienced financial valuation and accounting professional, bringing over a decade of expertise in business and asset valuations, financial reporting, and management accounting across diverse industries. She has served as a Manager in Financial Valuation at American Appraisal in London, where she led comprehensive valuations of businesses, shares, and intellectual properties for strategic, financial, and tax purposes. Her experience includes managing the full valuation process, developing valuation models, conducting in-depth analysis, and liaising with clients and auditors to ensure compliance with financial reporting standards.

During her freelance role at American Appraisal in Sydney, she prepared monthly management accounts for the London office and gained significant expertise in MYOB accounting systems. Her earlier career includes roles with Walt Disney Asia Pacific as an Area Auditor and with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Hong Kong as an Audit Supervisor. In both roles, she managed audits, identified compliance risks, and collaborated closely with clients across the Asia-Pacific region.
