Henry joined Acumentis (previously Taylor Byrne) in 2011 as an Assistant Valuer and was registered in 2014. In 2022, Henry was promoted to a Director.
Henry predominately works within the Greater South East Queensland Area, across the commercial, retail and industrial property sectors, as well as undertaking service station valuations of both lessor’s interest and freehold going concerns throughout Queensland. Henry also provides valuations of all types of Poultry Farms within Queensland and New South Wales.
He has provided valuations and advisory services for all major financial institutions, the Family Law Court, government authorities as well as a wide range of private and corporate clients. In addition, Henry also has experience in compensation assessments and the acquisition of properties for the resource sector and government projects including the Energex - Loganlea to Jimboomba Transmission Line, Arrow Energy Surat Basin Pipeline Project and the Mary Valley Asset Valuation Project.
